Blood Rose

Looking at the roses,

seeing them turning black.

Touching each one,

with love you had for it.

As you head out,

sorrow taking over.

You catch a color,

a single crimson rose.

Grinning with envy,

cutting the rose gentling.

Pricking your finger,

droping blood into the rose.

Kissing the tips,

as you turn pale as snow.

Droping the rose,

in a vase of blood.

Sitting in the darkness,

watching the rose bloom.

Whispering your last words,

as a tear blood runs down your face.

My darling blood rose,

blowing a kiss at it.

Smiling softly,

as you turn to a statue.

The rose crys,

a crimson tear.
